The text of your original post has some typos making the statement unclear. Regarding BW Effects, I don't understand what you're trying describe regarding the menu boxes. What do those Windows say and could they help diagnose your problems? But, there are other pop-up windows behind this message. Who knows what you meant by these comments?Īlthough I don't know the cause, I understand the image with the pop-up message saying TLRESTYLE_X64.EXE has stopped working. In another post you said your PSE install was "corrupted" and "they" reinstalled. So we can give our best suggestions based on our experiences and your vaguely detailed explanations of your experiences. Nor do we work for Topaz Labs, Adobe Systems, or Microsoft. None of us has access to your computer to investigate your problems independently. Download the current software version, install including adding your existing license key values. This story prompts me to wonder if you have executed my first suggestion: uninstall whatever Topaz version is currently on the Window10 machine. After running the install procedure, you just have to plug in your existing key to activate. ( show quote)The license allows download of updated software at any point. I hate it that they do not have a (800) number to talk to a live person.Oh let you assure you that Topaz tech support well. So I open up Topaz and go to B&W and wanted to cry as the exact something was happening. I figured what the hey it is only $59 and I will be less stressed. The other day I was so upset that I repurchased the B&W Effects and downloaded them. I have sent to them every snap shot I can to explain what is going on. Oh let you assure you that Topaz tech support well knows I am having a issue. Do you see the problem if you start with PhotoFXlab rather than starting with Photoshop Elements? I don't see any problem doing it this way either. I do use Lightroom and Photoshop CC though. I am using an ASUS gaming computer with Windows 10 and am having no problems with any of the Topaz filters at all. I hope that I have explained this problem that you can understand.I bought a new computer a month or more ago. I will post two photos of what is going on. I can open my Elements 11 on that and my B&W Effects work just fine. Now here is the crazy thing if I want to edit a photo in B&W I have to send it to the old computer with Windows 7. I called the Geek Squad and they took control of my computer but could not fix the problem. Went through each to see if this was happening to any others. I went to use my B&W Effects and the two menu boxes on each side have shrunk. After I transferred my Topaz bundle to Elements 15 each one worked will when I put in my license key. I use Topaz plugins they are on my old computer that is running Windows 7 and all works fine. I had to upgrade my Elements on this to 15. I got the gaming computer by Asus it is running Windows 10. I bought a new computer a month or more ago.
